राजस्थान लोक सेवा आयोग को राज्य सरकार से नई भर्तियों की अभ्यर्थना मिलने का इंतजार है। प्रदेश की सबसे महत्वपूर्ण भर्ती परीक्षा आरएएस आयोग को जल्द मिलने की संभावना है। अभ्यर्थनाएं मिलने के बाद ही आयोग परीक्षा कैलेंडर भी जारी कर सकेगा।
आयोग का कार्मिक विभाग इस दिशा में कवायद कर रहा है। इस अभ्यर्थना के आने के बाद आयोग नई भर्ती के लिए ऑनलाइन आवेदन की प्रक्रिया शुरू करने की तैयारी करेगा। आयोग में इंतजार किया जा रहा है कि नई भर्ती कितने पदों के लिए हाेनी है। आयोग को पूर्व में जिन भर्तियों की अभ्यर्थनाएं मिल चुुकी हैं, उनके परीक्षा कार्यक्रम आयोग समय-समय पर जारी करता रहता है, लेकिन एक साथ पूरे वर्ष का या छह महीने का कैलेंडर जारी करने की स्थिति में अभी आयोग नहीं है। आयोग के आधिकारिक सूत्रों का कहना है कि अन्य राज्यों की तुलना में आरपीएससी परीक्षा कैलेंडर जारी करने में इसलिए पिछड़ रही है क्याें कि विभिन्न विभागों की ओर से समय पर अभ्यर्थनाएं नहीं मिल रही हैं। आयोग की ओर से एक पत्र मुख्य सचिव को भी भेज कर कहा है कि विभिन्न विभागों को समय पर अभ्यर्थनाएं उपलब्ध कराने के लिए निर्देशित करें। आयोग के आधिकारिक सूत्रों का कहना है यदि दिसंबर में ही आयोग को अभ्यर्थनाएं मिल जाएं, तो आयोग जनवरी से दिसंबर तक का पूरा परीक्षा कैलेंडर जारी कर सकता है। यदि ऐसा भी नहीं हाे तो मार्च या अप्रैल में आयोग को नियमित रूप से अभ्यर्थनाएं मिल जाएं ताे इस आधार पर कम से कम छह महीने का कैलेंडर आयोग जारी कर सकता है।
Rajasthan RAS (PCS) 2020: Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) invites applications for various posts for state and subordinate services to recruit candidates across various vacant positions in the government administration. Rajasthan Administrative Service (Rajasthan RAS (PCS) 2020) is the supreme civil service of the Indian state of Rajasthan. There will be various numbers of vacancies to be filled through RAS / RTS Combined Competitive Exam on Direct Recruitment Basis. The examination is conducted in a three-tier process, namely the prelims, mains, and the interview sections. Details about Rajasthan RAS (PCS) 2020 are given in the article below.
Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates must be a citizen of India.
- Candidates need to fulfill the conditions of the eligibility criteria as per the details are given in the official notification.
- Passed graduation in any stream from any recognized institute or university is required.
- The age of the candidates must be between 21 years and 40 years.
- There will be relaxation in the upper age for the candidates of the reserved category.
- For the female candidates of ST, SC, BC and SBC Category, the upper age relaxation will be of 10 years.
- The upper age relaxation for the male candidates of ST, SC, BC, and SBC Category will be 5 years.
- Candidates of the BC and SBC category will get the upper age relaxation of 13 years.
- The general category candidates of the PwD category will be of 10 years.
- Candidates of SC and ST category of the PwD category will get relaxation of 15 years.
- There will be no age limit for divorcee and widow (women) candidates.
Number of Attempts
- There is no specific restriction on the number of attempts.
- A candidate can attempt the RAS exam any number of time as mentioned in the RPSC official website.
Rajasthan RAS (PCS) 2020 Application Form
The application form for Rajasthan RAS (PCS) 2020 will be published by the Rajasthan Public Service Commission online on the official website of RPSC. The candidates can fill the application form from the official website. Register yourself on the website with all the required details and login to the website with the correct details. Fill the application form with relevant details correctly. Make a payment of the application fee and upload documents scanned the latest photographs and scanned the signature. Submit your application form and note down the reference number for future use. The candidates can get all the details regarding the application fee in the next section.
Application Fee
- For the general candidates and backward classes of creamy layer, the application fee will be INR 350/-
- The prescribed fee for SC/ST will be INR 150/-
- For OBC and special backward classes of non-creamy layer, the fees prescribed is 250/-
- For physically disabled candidates, the fee is INR 150/-
- Candidates can deposit the prescribed fee in the online mode through internet banking or with the use of debit or credit cards.
- The prescribed fee can also be paid in the offline mode in one of the recognized SBI branches and get a challan as an acknowledgment.
- Candidates must enter the SBI Challan number in the online application form.
Selection Procedure
- The selection process comprises three stages.
- Every stage in the selection process will be eliminated in nature.
- The preliminary examination will be objective in nature.
- The main examination will be a written examination.
- Personality and viva voice examination will measure the knowledge of the candidate.
- The candidates need to qualify each and every stage which would be held by the board.
Exam Pattern
Preliminary Examination
- There will be only one paper in the preliminary examination.
- The maximum marks for the examination are 200.
- The Preliminary Examination will be of 03 hours.
- Pre-examination will be conducted as a screening test only.
- The Standard of the paper will be that of a Bachelor’s Degree Level.
Main Examination
- The nature of the main examination will be a written type.
- The written examination will consist of the following four papers.
- Paper I: General Studies-I 200 marks
- Paper-II: General Studies-II 200 marks
- Paper III: General Studies-III 200 marks
- Paper IV: General Hindi and General English 200 marks
- The duration of each paper will be 03 hours.
- The standard of General Hindi and General English will be that of Sr. Secondary level.
Personality and Viva Voice Examination
- After clearing both Pre and Main exam, candidates need to give the Personality and Viva Voice examination.
- The personality test will carry 100 marks.
- The marks in the test will be awarded as per the knowledge of the candidate.
- Candidates need to perform well in the personality test.
Answer Key
- The answer key will be published on the official website.
- The answer key will help the candidates in estimating their marks.
- Only Preliminary examination is objective type so the answer key will be released for Preliminary examination only.
- The candidates can cross-check their marked answers and can estimate their chances of selection.
Admit Card
- The admit card will be available on the official website only.
- No, the admit card is being sent to the candidates by post.
- Candidates who successfully filled the application will be able to get their admit card.
- Admit card is a very important document for the purpose of the exam and further recruitment process.
- Candidates are advised to keep it safe until the recruitment process will be over.
Cut-off
- The cut off for every stage of the examination varies every year as per the number of students increased every year.
- The cutoff depends on several factors like the number of vacancies in every post, the number of candidates applied in total, etc.
- The cut-off percentage is decided by the RPSC committee.
- The toughness of the exam is also a deciding factor to set the cut-off.
