Indian Coast Guard Recruitment 2020 Age Limit
इंडियन कोस्ट गार्ड असिस्टेंट कमांडेड भर्ती 2020 के लिए अभ्यर्थी की आयु सीमा 1 जुलाई 1996 से 30 जून 2000 के बीच होनी चाहिए इसमें दोनों तिथि भी सम्मिलित की गई हैपिछड़ा वर्ग को सरकारी नियमानुसार छूट दी जाएगी.

Indian Coast Guard Recruitment 2020 Education Qualifications
(i) Candidates who have passed Bachelor’s degree from any recognised university with minimum 60% marks in aggregate (i.e. 1st Semester to 8th Semester for BE/B.Tech Course or 1st year to last year for Bachelor Degree candidates wherever applicable).
(ii) Mathematics and Physics as subjects up to intermediate or class XIIth of 10+2+3 scheme of education or equivalent with 60% aggregate in Mathematics and Physics. {Candidates not in possession of Physics and Maths in 10+2 (intermediate) or equivalent level are not eligible for General Duty (GD)}
Indian Coast Guard Recruitment 2020 Selection Process
Short Listing of Applications : Short listing criteria will be based on higher percentage of marks in the qualifying examination and the qualifying cut off may be increased more than 60% if more applications with higher % are received.
Preliminary Selection : Shortlisted candidates will be called for Preliminary Selection at given date and time which will consist of Mental Ability Test/ Cognitive Aptitude Test and Picture Perception & Discussion Test (PP&DT). The aptitude tests will be in English only and will be of objective type. During PP&DT the candidates are expected to speak and discuss in English. However, they are free to speak in Hindi if they wish to do so.
Final Selection : The candidates who qualify Preliminary Selection will be called for Final Selection. The date and venue for Final Selection Board (FSB) will be uploaded on Indian Coast Guard website www.joinindiancoastguard.gov.in. The Final Selection will be conducted tentatively from End Feb to Mid Apr 2021. The Final Selection will consist of Psychological Test, Group Task and Interview (Personality test). All documents/ certificates verified during PSB are also required to be produced in originals during FSB.
Indian Coast Guard Recruitment 2020 Medical Standards
Height : Assistant Commandant (GD): 157 cms minimum. Reduction in height for candidates from hilly areas and tribal areas will be in accordance with the Central Govt. regulations.
Weight : Proportionate to the Height and Age, + 10 % acceptable.
Chest : Well proportionate, minimum expansion 5 cms.
Eye Sight : Asst Commandant (GD)- 6/6 6/9 – Uncorrected without Glass.
6/6 6/6 – Corrected with Glass.
Tattoo : Permanent body tattoos are not permitted on any part of the body. However, certain concessions are permitted to candidates belonging to tribal areas/ communities as declared by the Govt. of India. For other candidates permanent body tattoos are only permitted on inner face of forearms i.e. from inside of elbow to the wrist and on the reverse side of palm/back (dorsal) side of hand. Indian Coast Guard Recruitment 2020 Required Documents
Two copies of computer generated pre-filled online E-admit card form along with recent colour passport size photo (Not older than 03 months).
Original class Xth pass certificate and mark sheet.
Original class XIIth pass certificate and mark sheet.
Original Degree Certificate with all semesters/years mark sheets of BE/B.Tech/ Graduation with CPA/CGPA conversion for percentage of marks from university.
Proof of identity such as passport, driving license, Aadhaar Card, voter I card, college ID card or any other photo identity proof.
Caste Certificate (if applicable) in original for OBC candidates (Non creamy layer only) as per Govt. of India format (format available in www.joinindiancoastguard.gov.in) and in original for SC & ST candidates as per Govt. of India/ State Govt.
Character certificate. (Should not be older than six months on the date called for PSB).
Twelve recent colour passport size photographs with blue background.
Candidates not in possession to above documents will not be permitted to appear for the written examination
